Dhoni Appeals Supreme Court In Amrapali Projects Case: Former Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has approached the Supreme Court of India. Amrapali has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking to intervene in the disputes with the company. Dhoni has taken the matter to court in the past.
Dhoni's lawyer Uddhav Nanda asked the court to intervene in the arbitration process in connection with the dispute. They requested the court to indicate how they would deal with the case. The tribunal, which heard a petition filed by Dhoni's lawyer, said it would hear the case on May 9.
However, Dhoni, who was the brand ambassador for Amrapali Construction Company between 2009-and 2016, had earlier approached the apex court alleging that the company had evaded Rs 40 crore due to him.
