He said he would give away his 100 acres of land in Williamson County if he relocated his California office in California to Austin, Texas.

Jim Schwartzner has been the Executive Director of Capital Land and Livestock Company, raising livestock in Austin, Texas since 1946. Currently, the farmer owns 20,000 acres of land.
