Google .. Huge campus in Hyderabad .. Agreement with Telangana


 

The Telangana government has struck a key deal with iconic company Google. Google has entered into an MOU with the company as part of its drive to digitize to adapt to changing circumstances. The event was attended by Minister KTR and Google India Head Sanjay Gupta.

According to a Memorandum of Understanding between Google and the Government of Telangana, Google will provide much-needed support, including training in the digitization of public schools, and technical training for women and youth. It also runs Career Oriented Certificate programs for the youth here. In addition, Google provides the technology needed to further facilitate civic services.

Google, meanwhile, has begun construction of the largest campus outside the United States. Google bought 7.5 acres of land in Gatchibauli in 2019. A 23-story building is currently under construction on the site. Of these, Google designed the building to accommodate 3.30 million square feet of workspace.
